Lake Norman is referred to as the “Inland Sea” of North Carolina and owning lakefront property here is as close to ocean waterfront as it gets. I love this area and once I show you around, I’m convinced you will love it too. Born and raised on the water south of Boston and then the island of Nantucket for 12 years the water lifestyle is in my blood. After 2 years of exploring real estate all around the lake planted my roots on the waterfront in Denver.

Prior to relocating to the Charlotte area I gained extensive property knowledge with 20 years in the construction business as a licensed construction supervisor and 12 years as a property manager on the island of Nantucket. Knowledge allowing me to provide great insight into valuing properties for buyers and sellers to achieve the results you need with the service you deserve.

Being a passionate Boater, Golfer, Paddle Boarder, Surfer, Windsurfer, Skier and Motorcyclist, my dream home needed to be located first and foremost on the water. While secondly also being able to access to my other activities. The Lake Norman Area had it all, Boating on Lake Norman, Golfing at the numerous courses, Windsurfing at the Outer Banks and Skiing in the mountains.
